 TSUJ Vice-Chancellor Commended by Emir of Muri

In a commendation visit earlier today, the Vice-Chancellor of Taraba State University, Jalingo (TSUJ) Professor Sunday Paul Bako, received a high-powered delegation from the palace of His Royal Highness Alh. Abbas Njida Tafida, the Emir of Muri. 

The delegation, headed by Usman Said Gassol, praised Prof. Bako for his outstanding performance since assuming office. Sa'id Gassol acknowledged the Vice-Chancellor's remarkable leadership in all aspects and commended his unbiased and inclusive approach. 

The Emir's representative particularly highlighted Prof. Bako's significant achievements in the university's infrastructural development.
During his remarks, Sa'id Gassol prayed for continued success for Prof. Bako, expressing hope that the positive trajectory will lead to greater fortunes for Taraba State University, Jalingo. 

He invoked the Almighty Allah's grace and strength for the Vice-Chancellor.

In response, Prof. Bako thanked the delegation for their support and recognition. He reiterated his commitment to improving teaching standards, learning experiences, and entrepreneurial skills within the university. 

The Vice-Chancellor also expressed gratitude to Dr. Agbu Kefas, acknowledging the Governor's continuous contributions to the enhancement of education, entrepreneurship, and the welfare of staff and students at TSUJ.

Prof. Bako concluded by noting that the Governor's election was a fulfillment of destiny and a answered prayer for the people of Taraba. The commendation visit highlighted the collaborative efforts between the university and its host community to elevate the institution's standing among sister-institutions.

Other members of the apex delegation included Alhaji Aminu Umar Sarkin Dawaki, Saadi Usman Sintalin Muri, Mustapha Buba Majidadin Muri and Auwal Abdullahi Turaki Muri and others.
